sMLX runs third-party machine-learning models and is built on open-source software. This page lists the applicable licenses and required attributions. Models are downloaded directly from Hugging Face by the user; sMLX does not redistribute model weights.

Models

Qwen 3.6-27B (MTP)

Provided by Alibaba Cloud (Qwen team). Base model: Qwen/Qwen3.6-27B. Licensed under the Apache License 2.0. The 4-bit MLX build with MTP speculative decoding was converted by samwang0041 and is distributed via Hugging Face.

Qwen 3-8B

Provided by Alibaba Cloud (Qwen team). Base model: Qwen/Qwen3-8B. Licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Distributed via mlx-community on Hugging Face.
