By downloading, installing, or using MCPizer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
MCPizer is a macOS desktop application that provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server with built-in browser, HTTP request, and custom API tool capabilities. The App enables AI assistants to access the internet and interact with web APIs on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Mac that you own or control, as permitted by the Mac App Store terms.

You acknowledge that cookies, authentication tokens, API keys, and other credentials stored or used within the App are under your sole custody and control. You agree to:
MCPizer does not have access to, store on its servers, or transmit your credentials to any third party. All credential data remains local to your device. MCPizer assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorized use of your credentials.

The App, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of MCPizer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by applicable law.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MCPIZER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MCPIZER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR TEN US DOLLARS (US$10), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
The App may interact with third-party websites and APIs at your direction. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services you access through the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MCPizer and its developer(s), officers, and representatives from and against any claims, actions, demands, or proceedings brought by a third party, and any resulting liability, damages, costs, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), arising out of or in connection with:
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the App.
MCPizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, network failures, power outages, or third-party service disruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MCPizer with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
The following sections shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms: Section 4 (User Responsibilities), Section 5 (Prohibited Uses), Section 6 (Intellectual Property), Section 7 (Disclaimer of Warranties), Section 8 (Limitation of Liability), Section 10 (Indemnification), Section 14 (Governing Law), and Section 15 (Severability).
